Mr. Marcus founded Marcus Consulting in 2007 and co-founded DataOps in 2024.  His professional experience includes 35+ years of senior leadership in corporate consulting and operations with firms specializing in construction, custom fabrication including three-dimensional marketing experiences, engineering and real estate management.  Mr. Marcus has built and sustained a track record of leading organizations out of financial and operational distress as well as through high-growth periods while improving and maximizing net profits and shareholder return.  He has instrumented organizational leadership in the areas of corporate development, operational management, marketing, business development, finance and process improvement.  Mr. Marcus also possesses experience in international business with a focus on capital projects and strategic alliances in Singapore, Japan and Germany.

Specializing in program planning and design-build projects, Mr. Marcus has significant experience forming and leading multi-disciplinary teams including project management, estimating, design, engineering, shop fabrication and site-construction activities for new developments, ground-up construction and renovations projects.  Mr. Marcus is also highly proficient in ISO quality management system process development, auditing and certification.

Mr. Marcus has served on municipal business roundtables including co-chairing Oakland County’s (Michigan) Business Roundtable for Economic Development and the Rochester Hills Mayor's Business Council.   As a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity, Mr. Marcus has lectured and facilitated seminars on topics including organizational behavior, financial operations, taxation and strategic planning.  He holds a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan. 

Jacqueline Ann DeStefano-Tangorra, CPA, is a co-founder of DataOps and serves at the organization's President and Chief Technology Officer.  As an experienced executive, Jacqueline combines her professional acumen with an engaging approach to problem solving.

Jacqueline is also the founder of Omni Business Intelligence Solutions (OBIS), a dynamic boutique consulting firm that brings blended solutions to clients in the field of artificial intelligence.  OBIS  has grown to serve over 150 clients across more than 35 industries worldwide.  Jacqueline previous experience also includes a seven-year tenure at PwC that laid the foundation for her entrepreneurial journey.

Jacqueline has been recognized by Business Insider, CNBC, and NASDAQ for her innovative use of generative AI and is also an Upwork Expert Vetted professional, ranking in the top 1% globally.  Her academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Bachelor’s in Accounting, and two Professional Certificates from Massachusetts Institute of Technology ("MIT") in AI/ML Data Science Solutions and Building AI Products and Services.

Matt is a Vice President and Senior Consultant specializing in automotive, manufacturing, plastics and mining sectors.  He has over 30 years of senior leadership experience leading multi-disciplinary teams specifically focusing on engineering, sales and financial processes.  For his companies and clients, Matt has been instrumental in facilitating, developing and implementing strategic planning processes, business development strategies, operational tactics, and data-driven financial solutions using KPI dashboarding to manage team goals and performance.  He has been instrumental in assisting start-up companies formulate fundraising and investment relationship strategies.  Matt is highly proficient in ISO procedures and certification requirements as well as instrumental in designing, training and implementation of quality assurance and safety compliance programs.

Matt holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Eli Broad School of Business at Michigan State University.  He is also a licensed professional engineer in the State of Michigan.
